Yes, as long as the traffic is real and organic and the site is in one of our lanes. An engaged audience is valuable before it makes money, so tell us what you've built even if you haven't monetized it yet.
To us, it's worth what its SEO is worth. We're buying rankings, backlinks, and organic traffic we can fold into one of our existing companies and point at selling our own products. So our offer tracks the replacement cost of that SEO (what it would take us to rebuild your rankings from scratch), not a multiple of your profit. A site with durable rankings in our space is worth more to us than to a general buyer, because we can put its traffic to work right away.
If you're not a fit for us, the main routes are brokers (Empire Flippers, FE International) who handle the sale for a 10–15% commission, or self-serve marketplaces (Flippa, Acquire.com, Motion Invest) that cost less but leave more of the work to you.
